GlowMaxx AI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account.
Photos: When you use the face analysis feature, photos are processed by our AI model to generate your analysis. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. They are only temporarily held in memory during analysis and immediately discarded.
Analysis Data: Your face analysis results (scores and categories) are stored in your user profile so you can track progress over time.
Onboarding Data: Information you provide during onboarding (age range, skin concerns, goals) to personalize your improvement plan.

3. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information in transit and at rest. Photos are never persisted to our servers — only the resulting analysis scores are stored.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services:
- Account information (email, display name): Retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Face analysis results and scores: Retained for the lifetime of your account to enable progress tracking. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Onboarding data (age range, goals, skin concerns): Retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Photos: Not stored. Discarded immediately after analysis is complete (within seconds).
- Subscription and transaction records: Retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations, even after account deletion.
5. Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Here is how:
- In-app deletion: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately initiates deletion of your account and all associated data.
- By email: Send a deletion request to support@glowmaxx.fit with subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
Upon deletion, all personal data (account info, analysis scores, onboarding data) is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Only anonymized, aggregated data (not linked to you) may be retained for service improvement.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Proprietary AI Model — face analysis processing
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@glowmaxx.fit. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
